Curtis Privette
After many years of recipe testing to the delight of he and his family, Curtis honed in on a style of Bar-B-Q all his own. From ribs to brisket he’s developed long, low and slow methods to cook each meat with the care and love they deserved. Curtis brings out the natural flavor of his Bar-B-Q and enhances it with time tested rubs and sauces we are sure you will enjoy.

Nick Wehrmann
Nick’s 26 years in the culinary field has prepared him for whatever even the most demanding guest can throw at him. With extensive experience in both the front and the back of the house, Nick’s passion is the people he serves. A warm smile is what he seeks as dinner is served or the cake is cut, whatever the occasion he is here to serve.
